I cannot say enough good things about Tropical Arrangements. I drove an hour and a half just to place my order in person, and it was 100% worth every mile. RJ was an absolute gem. He spent a full hour patiently walking me through every detail, never once rushing me even though I was so indecisive, and helped me land on the perfect arrangement. He even hand-delivered the flowers himself. His aunt, who was working alongside him, was just as wonderful: personable, kind, and so helpful. Between the two of them, the energy and customer service were unmatched. They even took the time to hear about a bad experience I’d had ordering online from another vendor, and genuinely empathized instead of just brushing past it. The quality and attention to detail in the arrangement itself were exceptional. This was for my best friend’s birthday, and I knew the second I saw it that it was going to be a hit. Husbands, take notes: your wives will be wowed by anything from this shop. This is hands-down the best floral shop in the DMV. I’ll absolutely be back, and I’m telling everyone I know. Very professional. Thank you very much for my daughter's money bouquet!! She loves it and says she will never destroy it. I was very pleased how it all turned out. Kudos to the delivery man too. This is my third order and I’m never disappointed! Staff are always welcoming and very professional here . The light pink roses were my pick up yesterday the other two bouquets I purchased in sept .

I would recommend this florist. I purchased a floral wreath for my aunt. The customer service was excellent. They captured what I described over the phone perfectly. The flowers were more picturesque than I had imagined. I just thank them for being kind on the phone and for really listening to what I wanted. I must also add that they were extremely quick and on time with my delivery.

The young man whom waited on us was friendly and courteous. We had bought 2 sprays of flowers for each side of my brother’s casket. They were the most beautiful and freshest flowers that I have ever purchased for a funeral. He said his mother arranged the sprays. I brought them home after the funeral. They are still beautiful. I will use their services from now on, and let family and friends know about “Tropical Arrangements,” in Randallstown. I send them my gratitude and thanks!
